Daddy says he might be getting out today, rest of family driving both of us nuts... I am told G'ma is doing really well w/eating, etc but her heart problems are getting worse... apparently she has a leaky arota value plus some atrical defect so essentially her heart output is less then 20% of what is should be so she gets very short of breath quickly, dizzy, etc.... Basically it's a race against the clock for her - if it's not the tumor it will be her heart just getting tooo tired... *sigh*
Tomorrow is Halloween - I can't wait, gonna be dressing up for work as a vampira/witch thingie (sorry Steph but I am going w/an old sterotype costume) -- the boys are going to be either Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Hulk - they can't decide yet -- TG costumes were on clearance at KMart and my Dad offered to pay - got them one of each so they can pick plus they will have another dress up outfit.....
Deven has really progressed in leaps and bounds this past yr but man the mornings have been VERY VERY rough lately - I know that being bipolar we are to expect slow starts but man he's been just miserable lately with his "I can't do it, I just can't do it" that starts w/getting dressed and continues up thru getting out of car at school - he's been late 2 or 3 times this week and yest we had a note from the teacher that she's concerned about his tardiness affecting his academic progress, etc - I sent back a nice note that we have been having rough mornings but I think we are gonna need to send in some paperwork for her to read about bipolar too... On a positive note Deven is very into telling jokes - he tends to crack himself up and I have to say he told me a great one yest - Why did the hotdog put on a sweater???
Cause he was a chili dog!!! How cute is that??? Well it's off to finish up my paperwork and head home.... Til next time...
